Fabric Giveaway
THE GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED FOR FURTHER COMMENTS – WINNER WILL BE POSTED LATER THIS WEEK
The Fat Quarter Shop has very kindly sponsored this month’s Fabric Giveaway with a very generous bundle of 19 fat quarters of fabric. The range of fabrics is Doll Babies by Henry Glass. I have used the Fat Quarter Shop on many occasions and can thoroughly recommend them. Their range of fabrics is huge and up to date. Their service is really efficient and their delivery is super speedy. If you are in need of some fabric temptation, do visit their site.
I know many of you are anxious to win this bundle of fabrics, so this is what you need to do. It’s very easy.
1. Take a look around the SewHappy website and leave me a comment below today’s post. Let me know what you like best about SewHappy or what more you would like to see. Your comment will give you one entry to the Giveaway.
2. If you have a blog of your own you can earn a second entry to the Giveaway by writing about my blog or Giveaway on your blog with a link to my site and let me know you have done so, by adding another comment to let me know you have added a link.
Because the fabrics are so great I will keep this Giveaway opportunity open for three days. So, the closing time will be midnight (UTC time) on Wednesday 23rd February and I will announce the winner at the end of the week. The winner will be drawn at random from the Comments list using a random number generator . International participants are welcome.
So, good luck to you all. Remember to check in at the end of the week to see who has won.

I have been looking for fabrics to make a quilt for my granddaughter (aged 3) who lives in the States – the lovely fabrics in this bundle would be just the thing. I very much enjoy your blog, it cheers me up no end. I particularly like your tips, which I am printing out and am keeping in a folder for future reference.
Keep up the good work. I live in France at present and it keeps me in touch with ‘home’ somehow.

I love everything on your site but have to confess that I have a particular penchant for the scruffy Bertie teddy! He has that sad mystical look so why am I not surprised that he is a favourite with the lassies? He is surely a Scottish bear????

As intermediate level sewer, a fabric admirer and possibly hoarder, and a beginner quilter, the fat quarter shop has given me so much inspiration. Your piecing tips page has been invaluable to me. I think I am going to sign up for the quilt along. I would love to see more information about assembling the quilt top – when you’ve made all your blocks or rows and it’s time to put it all together. My two quilt tops have ended up curved to one side and don’t square up when completed, which tears me apart since I worked so hard at cutting and piecing precisly. I don’t have a blog, but I do have facebook, does that count for posting a link to your site?

We live 35 miles apart and we are always surfing and keep on the look out for new projects. SewHappy me describes us too!! Happy Sewing to you……

I like the layout of your blog, especially the separate tab for tutorials. It is clean with enough white space so can be easily read. As do not have a blog of my own, this is my entry. FQS is a good place to purchase fabric, and the giveaway fabs are cute – would make grandniece quilts if win. Thanks for your giveaway with FQS, and the obvious care you took to write the tutorials.

Ruby Jane Teddy Bear is lovely, enjoyed the story of her name, as my daughter was named Rebecca however didn’t like it so calls herself Ruby, she claims I called her “Ruby Tuesday” a lot as a child, which I know I did after the song Goodbye Ruby Tuesday and the day of the week she was born.
I have never done any quilting, however having looked through your wonderful site would love to give it a try.
