QAWM Day Four

Completed Blocks

At last, I have found time to sew some more blocks for my QAWM Challenge. I have finished sewing all the wonky blocks that I am able to sew. I have run out of a couple of the fabrics now, so unless I re-think the whole colour scheme, I will have to make do with these. There are less than I had hoped for, but I will probably add some borders when they are all together.

I have cut each of the blocks into four and stacked them up in the colourway that I plan to piece them all back together.

Blocks Stacked Ready

Now comes the challenging (but exciting) part, which is piecing these all back together with more wonky wavy seams. Look at how they are all different sizes. This should be fun! I can see a light at the end of the tunnel now and hope to have these all pieced together over the next couple of days.

Well I wish I had started this. Not only does it look like fun but it is a nice way to get out of the traditional box that I seem to be in!
