Go to Quiltalong – June Blocks for details and to download your patterns.

I have added a link on the right hand side of this site, to the SewHappy Flickr Group, if you would like to see how some of us are getting along with the Quiltalong. Hey, come on girls, I know there are lots more of you than this taking part! Add some photos to it. Don’t be shy!

You may also like to know that after you have made these two blocks there will only be three more sets of blocks to sew. So, not too far to go now.

So, you have the summer to work on your blocks and then when the weather begins to cool we will be begin to work on putting it all together, which has worked out quite well, because in September we will be into the quilting season. I think we all begin to think about our sewing more once the summer is over.

Anyway, I don’t want to wish our time away. So enjoy your summer, but remember to keep up with sewing your blocks. We will have lots of work to do in September and October.

You

I just discovered your quilt along. I’ll definitely be downloading the patterns to make this in the future (after several others are finished — hopefully on time!)

I also was reading your post from August 23. I don’t know if you’ve named the pattern yet, but I’d like to suggest “My Neighbor’s Windows.” The blocks definitely make me think of windows.

Thanks again for sharing your patterns. These little blocks are so cute and I am enjoying making them, from my stash of course.
