Sewing Room Update and Giveaway Result
I have been back in the UK recently. Sorry for not blogging for a while. I have been Christmas shopping, put a huge dent in the credit card, eaten far too many naughty things and been generally an all round naughty girl. But it was lovely to see my kids and partners and catch up with old friends. I am in Spain again now and back to being a good girl once more.
On my return I had a lovely birthday surprise from my wonderful man. Whilst I was away he had installed a new double glazed French window in my sewing room. The transformation from the old wooden door was immense. So much more light! Just what a sewing gal needs. I absolutely love it. He said he knew it would earn him some ‘brownie points’!
So, I can’t wait to get back to my sewing in my bright new haven.
In the meantime, I am sure you have been waiting to hear if you have been lucky enough to win the Tilda Book Giveaway. But before I announce it, I would like to say that I loved reading all of your ‘Santa requests’ and I wish I could be Santa and grant all your wishes.
Well, there is only one lucky winner and it is:
Well done to Lyn Lewis. I only wish I could have granted your wish too. It was the Santa request that most moved me. I will be in touch with you soon by email for your address details and your book will be despatched very soon.
OK I need to take myself into into that lovely bright sewing room now to play …..
and start creating……
Oh, just one more little snippet of excitement for you to look out for. Yet more fun on my Quilting Blog! I have a free Christmas stitchery for you later this week and a “Seven Days of Christmas Giveaway’. So, stay tuned!

I love your sewing room !!!
